Bauhaus

Collection of cantographs in which I assign colors, shapes and other graphic elements to each half-tone on the musical scale to create visual representations of songs.

All artwork is available for purchase with the exception of those pieces marked as sold, on exhibit, or not for sale; please contact me if interested. Only one print of each work will be sold. Digital images in this collection are printed either on wood (1/2″-thick maple surfaced wood board with keyhole mount on a wood float hanger), on metal (using a dye-sublimation process that uses heat to transfer the dye onto the aluminum, with a high-gloss finish and wire frame backing), or behind 1/4″ polished acrylic (face-mounted with paper backing and french cleat hanger).

Each piece is accompanied by a legend showing the correspondence between artwork and notes/lyrics (included online for titles marked with an *asterisk; click to view).
